Bring your customer service, leadership skills, and continue to grow in your career while creating a "blow your mind, gotta tell my friends about you" guest experience! We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $60,000 to $75,000, based on experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role Responsibilities Make sure guests receive prompt, friendly courteous service Serve as a liaison between techs, advisors and guests Manage and train service advisors and technicians Passion to achieve high standards Must be able to forecast budgets and set goals for department Manage the payroll within the department Responsible for profitability and CSI in the department- meeting internal and manufacturer expectations Qualifications Previous automotive experience preferred Leadership experience Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong focus and commitment to customer service and satisfaction Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record As part of the Dahl Auto team, you will be eligible for all company benefits, including paid time off, medical, dental, vision, 401k with automatic 3% company contribution, life insurance, disability insurance, accident insurance, discounts on vehicles and services, and much more!
