Budget Analyst

Budget AnalystThe Budget Analyst duties include, but are not limited to:Compiling data and running budgetary reportsAnalyzing spend rates, engaging with services to forecast budgetary needs.Assisting services with preparing budget submissions for funding needsReconciling actual spending against prepared budget plans.Reviewing funding requests to ensure they are in compliance with applicable policies.Promotion Potential:The selectee may be promoted to the full performance level without further competition when all regulatory, qualification, and performance requirements are met. Selection at a lower grade level does not guarantee promotion to the full performance level.Work Schedule:Monday - Friday; 7:30am - 4:00pmTelework:This position may be authorized for telework.
