Heavy Equipment Operator - Per Diem Offered

Heavy Equipment OperatorTrillium Construction is seeking experienced heavy equipment operators for a new data center construction project in West Texas.We are looking for dependable operators with a minimum of seven years of experience operating construction equipment in a commercial construction environment.Pay & Schedule: $36.00/hour Monday through Friday schedule 10-hour shifts: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (30-minute lunch) Approximately 50 hours per week Overnight accommodations provided $60/day meal stipend for each day worked Long-term project opportunityOperators will support underground commercial plumbing operations by safely operating excavators, loaders, skid steers, and similar dirt-moving equipment.Responsibilities will include excavation, loading, backfilling, material handling, and general site support.
