AIRCRAFT OVERHAUL SUPERVISOR

Air Reserve Technician Aircraft Maintenance Unit Chief
The primary purpose of this position is to serve as an Air Reserve Technician (ART) Aircraft Maintenance Unit (AMU) Chief, exercising technical and administrative supervision over subordinate supervisors and workers engaged in ground handling, servicing, inspection, condition evaluation, test and repair of assigned and transient aircraft in an integrated environment. To train reservists in the duties and responsibilities set forth herein.
1: Performs work planning responsibilities.
2: Performs work direction responsibilities.
3: Performs administrative responsibilities.
4: Applies Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO)/Equal Opportunity Treatment (EOT) principles and requirements.
5: Ensures education in, compliance with, and practice of security directives, good safety, and health habits in all work areas.
6: Reserve Training.
