Senior Systems Engineer - Requirements Management

Salary: $86,800 - 165,200 per year Requirements:

• We require a Bachelors degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics, with STEM preferred, plus at least 5 years of prior engineering experience.
• We need experience in systems engineering, such as developing and refining CONOPS, system architecture, system requirements, and requirements verification strategies and plans.
• We require experience developing system requirements specifications and managing requirements processes.
• We require experience with verification and qualification testing.
• We require an active and transferable U.S. government security clearance before the start date, and U.S. citizenship is required.
• We require the ability to obtain an interim U.S. government security clearance before the start date.

• We update, maintain, and improve requirements and supporting documentation for development and production efforts.
• We support design verification and system verification testing.
• We provide systems engineering direction during integration and test activities.
• We support system performance analysis, integration, and test execution.
• We mentor and coach team members, including coordinating with subject matter experts.
• We participate in failure investigations.
• We facilitate knowledge sharing within and across integrated product teams and cross-functional groups.
• We conduct trade studies and present findings to customers.
• We support test equipment software integration and verification for system testing.
