We are a family owned business that provides flexibility to work schedules for family events and activities. What You'll Do Greet every customer promptly and professionally. Build rapport by understanding each customer's wants, needs, and budget. Present and demonstrate pre-owned vehicles that best fit the customer's lifestyle. Conduct professional test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits. Generate and follow up on internet, phone, and showroom leads daily. Prospect for new business through referrals, previous customers, and community networking. Maintain consistent CRM activity, documenting every customer interaction. Follow the dealership's sales process from initial contact through delivery. Work closely with sales managers to maximize customer satisfaction and dealership profitability. Present financing and protection product opportunities before introducing customers to Finance. Ensure every customer is introduced to management during the sales process. Follow up after delivery to encourage referrals, repeat business, and positive online reviews. Stay knowledgeable on current inventory, vehicle technology, market pricing, and competitor offerings. What We're Looking For Automotive sales experience preferred, but motivated sales professionals from other industries are encouraged to apply. Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Ability to work evenings, Saturdays, and a flexible retail schedule. Comfortable using CRM software and digital communication tools. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
