What You'll Do

• Greet every customer promptly and professionally.
• Build rapport by understanding each customer's wants, needs, and budget.
• Present and demonstrate pre-owned vehicles that best fit the customer's lifestyle.
• Conduct professional test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits.
• Generate and follow up on internet, phone, and showroom leads daily.
• Prospect for new business through referrals, previous customers, and community networking.
• Maintain consistent CRM activity, documenting every customer interaction.
• Follow the dealership's sales process from initial contact through delivery.
• Work closely with sales managers to maximize customer satisfaction and dealership profitability.
• Present financing and protection product opportunities before introducing customers to Finance.
• Ensure every customer is introduced to management during the sales process.
• Follow up after delivery to encourage referrals, repeat business, and positive online reviews.
• Stay knowledgeable on current inventory, vehicle technology, market pricing, and competitor offerings.

What We're Looking For

• Automotive sales experience preferred, but motivated sales professionals from other industries are encouraged to apply.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to work evenings, Saturdays, and a flexible retail schedule.
• Comfortable using CRM software and digital communication tools.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Professional appearance and commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
