We are seeking a leader who has helped grow or manage the  construction side of a plumbing, mechanical, or closely related contracting company .

The strongest candidates will understand how a plumbing contractor successfully supports commercial construction projects — from estimating and preconstruction through staffing, project execution, documentation, and closeout.

Experience may include:

• Plumbing construction operations
• Estimating from plans and blueprints
• Managing multiple active projects and field crews
• Working with general contractors
• Recruiting and developing skilled tradespeople
• Scheduling, backlog, and labor planning
• Contracts, change orders, permits, and project documentation
• Job costing and operating accountability

This could fit a Plumbing Operations Manager, Construction Manager, Division Manager, Senior Project Manager, Project Executive, or strong #2 leader ready for broader responsibility.
