Hospitality Aide Why come work at Magnolia Manor as a Hospitality Aide? Hospitality Aides receive paid training while taking the CNA Class. The CNA training is a 6-week program. Hours are 9am-3pm. After the class the hours are 3p-11p. The role of a Hospitality Aide provides a unique, non-clinical opportunity to work among a strong and collaborative care team, make a real difference in the lives of the patients & residents in our care. The Hospitality Aide works alongside the nursing department performing non-nursing, non-direct/hands-on duties pertaining to the comfort and well-being of the patients of the facility. USD $15.00 - USD $15.00 /Hr. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
