Salary Range: 16.00 - 18.00 | Per Hour

Position: Assembly Technician
Location: Austin, TX - 12211 Technology Blvd
Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite, 5 days/week
Duration: 6-Month Contract

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training in manufacturing or electronics is a plus.
• 1+ year of experience in production, assembly, or a manufacturing environment preferred, but not required.
• Ability to read and follow manufacturing orders, assembly instructions, and technical drawings.
• Experience using hand tools or small machines to assemble mechanical/electronic components.
• Ability to take precise measurements and use templates for proper part fit and alignment.
• Basic troubleshooting skills, including identifying defects or malfunctions and escalating issues appropriately.
• Familiarity with quality control and inspecting finished products with strong attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills for documentation, testing logs
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong hand dexterity and attention to detail.
• Dependable, able to follow directions, and comfortable working as part of a team.
