Xylem is looking for a Senior Field Service Technician to report to our Antioch, TN location and service our water treatment equipment at customer sites in the surrounding area.

What your day will look like as a Senior Field Service Technician

The Senior Field Service Technician will be responsible for the installation, service, and maintenance of our water treatment equipment, utilizing a company service vehicle. Equipment specific training will be provided. Willing to train the right person, but previous technical/mechanical/plumbing experience is especially encouraged.

This position has general day shift hours with overtime opportunities and a compensated on-call rotation with occasional afternoons/weekends.

Position Requirements for Senior Field Service Technicians

• HS diploma or equivalent
• 2-5 years technical experience including industrial or commercial process water experience
• Experience with Microsoft office, including the ability to utilize smart devices
• Ability to work in a high customer facing position
• Ability to identify and remedy potential safety concerns
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, MVR, and DOT physical
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
