Performs mobilization of patients under the supervision of the rehabilitation services and nursing departments. Performs routine tasks and assists therapists during patient treatment activities as directed. Responsibilities:* PRN* Participates in lifting, transferring, and ambulating patients.* Practices safe patient handling skills and ergonomics.* Utilizes transfer devices and tools to assist in mobilization of patients.* Utilizes safety awareness to self, patients, others, and environment.* Communicates and collaborates effectively within the interdisciplinary team.* Performs both clerical and effective computer skills.* Performs set up and cleanup of treatment area including appropriate equipment and supplies.* Performs mentoring and training of new technician staff.* Performs all other duties as requested by the manager. # **Job Requirements**Applicable Experience:Less than 1 yearBasic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross# **Job Details**Part TimeDay (United States of America)
