Your Responsibilities:

Deliver skilled nursing care including advanced seizure management and proactive behavioral strategies. Collaborate with a dedicated multidisciplinary team to design and implement individualized care plans. Train and guide family members and support staff on best practices in care techniques. Advocate clinically within the client's home, ensuring every interaction is filled with dignity and respect.

Who We're Seeking:

A Wisconsin-licensed RN with a passion for purposeful and curious clinical practice. A nurse with expertise in neurology, epilepsy management, behavioral health, or complex home care settings. A compassionate critical thinker who flourishes in independent, fast-paced environments. An individual who meets all Wisconsin DHS caregiver standards, including background checks and registry requirements.
