We're looking for an experienced Commercial Security Sales Executive to drive new business growth across Western Pennsylvania. This is an ideal opportunity for a proven B2B sales professional who thrives in complex sales environments, enjoys building long-term client relationships, and is motivated by uncapped earning potential.

What You'll Do

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and closing.
• Develop new commercial business opportunities across industries including healthcare, education, property management, financial services, manufacturing, and multi-site retail.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of commercial and enterprise accounts.
• Conduct facility assessments and site surveys to identify customized security solutions.
• Present proposals and respond to RFPs, RFQs, and competitive bid opportunities.
• Partner with SSA's engineering, project management, installation, and service teams to deliver successful client solutions.
• Develop relationships with key decision-makers including facilities managers, security directors, business owners, and property managers.
• Identify opportunities for recurring monthly revenue through monitoring services, maintenance agreements, and system expansions.
• Maintain CRM activity, forecasting, and sales reporting

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience.
• Experience selling commercial security, fire alarm, life safety, low-voltage, building automation, construction-related services, or other technical solutions preferred.
• Demonstrated success managing long sales cycles and complex buying groups.
• Experience developing and winning RFP, RFQ, and competitive bid opportunities.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to understand technical specifications, construction documents, and blueprints.
• Self-starter with strong business development and prospecting abilities.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
