B2B Outside Sales Executive (Fire & Life Safety Consultant)

As a B2B Outside Sales Executive (Fire & Life Safety Consultant) for Kitchen Guard, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of individuals and properties by providing expert advice and consultation on fire and life safety matters. In addition to technical responsibilities, this position also involves outside sales activities to expand our client base and promote our comprehensive fire and life safety solutions. Primary Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders.
• Develop proposals outlining recommended safety solutions, including cost estimates and timelines.
• Deliver persuasive presentations and demonstrations to clients, addressing their specific safety needs.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
• Conduct regular check-ins to assess client satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services.
• Demonstrate a keen understanding of fire and life safety systems.
• Participate in ongoing safety training to maintain a high level of awareness and preparedness.
• Problem-solving on-site challenges and make recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in B2B sales and cold calling, preferably in the fire and life safety industry, commercial HVAC, facility maintenance or restaurant industry.
• Exhibit flexibility and adaptability in dealing with various work environments, including grease or dirty rooftops.
• Attention to detail in conducting inspections, preparing reports, and recommending solutions.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to convey technical information clearly and understandably to clients.
• Ability to contribute positively to a team-oriented work environment.
• Ability to adapt to and learn new technologies as required.
• Proven ability to build and maintain professional networks within the industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in commercial facility services or related fields preferred, but not mandatory.
• Relevant certifications in fire and life safety or B2B sales.
• Bachelor's degree in Fire Science, Safety Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to conduct inspections comfortably at heights and on rooftops.
• Physically fit, capable of lifting 40+ pounds and using A-frame ladders.
