Prior experience is preferred but not necessary. Appearance Standards As a Team Member of Chick‑fil‑A Bend, you will be expected to adhere to these standards at all times: No fashion‑dyed hair No facial piercings. Only a plain stud is allowed in one nostril (no jewels) Ears may be pierced; all jewelry must remain plain (no jewels, hoops, or dangles) Hair must be kept neat and out of the face at all times Beards may be up to 0.25” in length; in the kitchen, a beard net must be worn at all times Nails must remain a natural length and not be visible from the underside of the hand.
