Position Summary... The Coach is responsible for leading and developing associates, driving business and operational performance, and delivering a positive customer experience. This role oversees day-to-day operations, establishes clear expectations, develops talent, and promotes accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. What you'll do... Leadership & Team Development Leads high-performing teams by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning responsibilities, setting clear expectations, providing performance feedback, recognizing achievements, and developing future leaders. Business & Operational Performance Drives business performance by reviewing results, identifying trends and opportunities, and implementing action plans to achieve operational and financial goals. Supports budgeting, forecasting, expense management, and other business activities appropriate to the assigned area of responsibility. Monitors key performance indicators and operational standards to identify opportunities to improve productivity, profitability, quality, and customer satisfaction. Ensures effective execution of business priorities while balancing customer, associate, and operational needs. Uses data and business insights to make informed decisions and drive results. Customer Experience Delivers exceptional customer service by ensuring associates understand and consistently meet customer expectations. The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
