Position Schedule Full-Time Branch Location 145 E Cook St, Portage, WI Job Summary Associate Financial Advisors work with an established Financial Advisor to serve clients, grow the branch, and positively impact communities in alignment with firm strategy. Key Responsibilities Gather information and collect suitability to deeply understand clients’ needs, priorities, and concerns and create a personalized, comprehensive strategy to achieve their goals. Meet with clients regularly to track progress toward goals, uncover additional assets, proactively address emerging concerns, and adjust strategies. Partner with other members of clients’ professional teams—such as attorneys, accountants, and trust officers—to fully understand client goals and circumstances. Research portfolio performance, cost/fees, asset allocation, and portfolio construction changes, and make recommendations to clients. Collaborate with the FA and branch team to align business plans and achieve desired results. Cultivate relationships with organizations and businesses to maintain community presence and obtain referrals and new business. Coordinate with the FA to assist in creating new clients through face‑to‑face and virtual sourcing strategies. Continuously develop personal and professional skills. Qualifications High School Diploma/Equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Series 7 and Series 66 licenses required; registrations may be obtained at the firm during the assigned study period if not currently registered. At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in the securities industry preferred. FINRA licenses required within three months; state insurance licenses required. Commitment to complete all ongoing training and regulatory requirements to maintain license in good standing.
