We promote an enjoyable working environment with a team culture.Responsibilities:Maintenance and service repairs within safety guidelines for our commercial accountsMust be able to work individually while maintaining exceptional customer serviceEfficient trouble-shooting and problem-solving on all common mechanical systemsProvides preventive maintenance on heating and cooling systemsPerforms related work as assignedInstalls refrigeration, air conditioning, heating, pneumatic control, and humidity control systemsBuild strong customer relationships and build knowledge and understanding of new and existing customer needs/expectationsQualifications:5+ years' experienceValid Driver's License and clean DMV recordExcellent technical and communication skillsFriendly, personable, and responsible team playerPossess own basic hand toolsKnowledge of the theory, methods, practices, tools, and equipment of the trade.Knowledge of the operating principles and characteristics of the various types of refrigeration and air conditioning systemsKnowledge of basic electricity and control systemsAbility to apply the theory, technique, principles, and processes of the HVAC mechanic's tradeAbility to read, understand, and work from blueprints, specifications, and schematicsUniversal EPA certifiedNATE certified (preferred)OSHA Certification (preferred)Be able to bend, stoop, reach, stand, lift and move 50lbs regularly throughout the dayWhat we offer:*Competitive pay*Company Vehicle*401k Match*Paid Term Life Insurance *PTO*10 paid holidays*Medical Insurance*Dental insurance*Vision insurance*Growth & Advancement Opportunities*On-going Training & Development*And Much More...Applicants for positions are subject to a new hire drug screen & background check.
