Pay: $30–$34 per hour (based on experience)

Position Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with classroom instruction and daily activities.
• Provide one-on-one and small-group support to students.
• Help maintain a safe, organized, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Support students' academic, behavioral, and social development.
• Prepare classroom materials and assist with student supervision as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, students, and families.
