The Gardens at Orangeville | Orangeville, PA The Gardens at Orangeville is seeking a Cook for our skilled nursing facility in Orangeville, PA . The Cook will assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of meals in accordance with planned menus and established portion control procedures, ensuring residents receive high-quality, nutritious meals. Shift : 12pm - 8pm; every other weekend/holidays

- Prepare and serve all meals in accordance with planned menus and dietary requirements
- Plan food production to coordinate with meal service schedules
- Understand and follow menu items, portion sizes, and plate presentation standards
- Follow standardized recipes and special diet orders
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and regulatory guidelines
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of one (1) year of dining services experience in a healthcare or related setting preferred
- Culinary training preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
