Accountant

The ideal candidate will support day-to-day accounting operations for a growing safety training, consulting, and equipment management company. This position will focus heavily on accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, reconciliations, expense tracking, and inventory-related accounting. The candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, comfortable working independently, and interested in growing with a small but expanding company. Responsibilities Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable Prepare and process customer invoices and vendor payments Apply customer payments and reconcile accounts receivable Perform bank and credit card reconciliations Track expenses and assist with employee expense reporting Assist with inventory tracking and costing Support payroll and monthly financial reporting Assist with sales tax and other tax compliance requirements Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation Qualifications 2-3 years of accounting experience with strong AP and AR experience Accounting education or degree preferred Inventory experience strongly preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities independently Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability and desire to grow with a developing accounting function #J-18808-Ljbffr London Approach
