We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Marketing Operations Specialist to help power CCYP’s next stage of digital growth. In this role, you will serve as an integrational member behind our marketing initiatives: managing digital platforms, coordinating content and campaign workflows, maintaining web properties, and ensuring that projects move smoothly from planning through execution. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing structure to fast-moving environments, is comfortable working across multiple digital platforms, and takes pride in making sure the details are handled correctly.

The Role

• Marketing Operations & Workflow Management: Coordinate day-to-day marketing activities, project timelines, internal requests, campaign assets, approvals, and deliverables to ensure initiatives stay organized and on schedule.
• Website & Digital Property Management: Maintain and update CCYP-owned websites, landing pages, business listings, directories, and other digital properties. Monitor content accuracy, functionality, and overall site quality while coordinating technical issues with internal or external development resources.
• Content & Data Quality Control: Review digital content, business information, landing pages, and marketing materials for accuracy, formatting, consistency, and completeness before publication.
• AI & Marketing Technology Support: Help test, implement, and manage emerging AI tools and automation workflows as CCYP expands its AI-first marketing and business services ecosystem.

Requirements

• Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented: Strong ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, requests, and digital assets simultaneously without losing attention to detail.
• Digital Marketing Literacy: Working knowledge of modern digital marketing fundamentals, including websites, SEO/AEO, social media, email marketing, content marketing, video, lead generation, and digital analytics.
• Strong Technical Comfort: You do not need to be a developer, but you should be comfortable learning new software, troubleshooting basic digital issues, working with web-based tools, and communicating clearly with technical teams.
• Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reports, performance metrics, and business data to identify issues and support better decision-making.
• Bilingual Ability: Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin reading and writing) is highly preferred due to CCYP's focus on the North American Chinese business community and bilingual digital content.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting an advertising agency, media company, technology company, marketplace, directory, or B2B organization serving small-and-medium businesses.
• Familiarity with AI tools, workflow automation, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), local search, structured business data, or emerging marketing technologies is a strong plus.
