This is a rare chance to build demand generation from the ground up for a product at the very start of its journey, and as our Demand Generation Lead, you'll be the person who brings sweetspot to the people it was made for.You'll own the top of the funnel across our two volume channels: self-serve, product-led signups and inside sales into the mid-market. That means shaping the programmes that reach each of our target verticals, testing what resonates, and turning early signals into a pipeline the whole launch can build on. You won't be doing it alone; you'll work hand in hand with our specialist demand generation agency, bringing the strategy, insight and direction that make that partnership fly.If you love the energy of a launch, enjoy having real ownership, and want your work to be visible in the results, we'd love to hear from you.Job Description:Compensation: $100,000–$120,000 base + 25% variable (OTE $125,000–$130,000), based on experienceWhat you will ownTrial signups for the self-serve channel, through inbound content, SEO, paid and lifecycle nurture.Marketing-qualified lead volume for the inside-sales channel, handed to inside AEs ready to work.The launch demand assets: website, content, campaigns and the self-serve funnel.Lifecycle and nurture programs that move trials and leads toward conversion.Coordination with the Demand Gen/ABM firms.Funnel reporting: volume, cost per signup and per MQL, and conversion quality.What success looks likeLaunch pipeline in place ahead of the February 2027 revenue start.The 2027 monthly signup and MQL targets hit, at or below target cost.MQL quality that holds its acceptance rate downstream, not just raw volume.What you bring5 or more years in B2B demand generation, owning full-funnel programs and a number.Hands-on across content, paid, SEO and lifecycle, and a power user of marketing automation.A data-first operator who lives in the funnel metrics and optimizes on cost and conversion.SaaS experience, and any exposure to associations or nonprofits, is a plus.Comfortable building from scratch in a launch environment rather than inheriting a machine.ClickDimensions is an Equal Opportunity Employer and Prohibits Discrimination and Harassment of Any Kind.
