Skilled Home Health | PRNDumas, TX | $30 per visit + incentives | Weekly Pay BrightStar Care of Amarillo is looking for a skilled LVN to provide personalized nursing care to patients in their homes throughout Dumas and surrounding communities. If you enjoy one-on-one patient care, working independently, and building meaningful relationships with the people you serve, we’d love to hear from you. What You’ll Do

Follow individualized plans of care
Monitor patients and recognize changes in condition
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Educate patients and families on care needs
Coordinate with physicians and other members of the care team
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

What You’ll Need

Current, unrestricted Texas LVN license
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
Skilled home health experience preferred, but not required
Wound care experience is a plus
Current BLS/CPR certification
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Strong clinical and communication skills
Comfortable working independently
Own device and reliable internet connection required to access your schedule and complete charting
