Join Our Team as a Speech‑Language Pathologist! Windom Area Health in Windom, MN is seeking a motivated and dedicated Speech‑Language Pathologist to join our team on a PRN basis. As a Speech‑Language Pathologist at Windom Area Health, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients. Location: Windom, MN Pay Range: $34.43 – $51.79 *Rate offered will reflect applicable experience. Schedule: PRN – shifts will be assigned as needed and may include working at other facilities. Responsibilities: Provide speech and language therapy services to patients of all ages Evaluate and diagnose communication disorders Create and implement individualized treatment plans Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care Document patient progress and maintain accurate records Qualifications: Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology, (with Certificate of Clinical Competence or working towards CCC) Valid Speech Therapist license in the state of Minnesota Ability to work collaboratively with other disciplines Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced healthcare environment If you are passionate about helping others reach their full communication potential, Windom Area Health is the place for you.
