Healthcare Compliance Manager

Leading compliance oversight in a remote capacity, the full-time Manager of Revenue Cycle & Compliance will manage audits, analyze data, investigate patient complaints, and coordinate external payer audits throughout the DME order-to-payment lifecycle. Key responsibilities Independently develop and execute risk-based audits, maintaining reproducible workpapers and supported conclusions Review and assess documentation related to intake, eligibility, benefits verification, and payer requirements across the order lifecycle Lead compliance investigations and coordinate responses to Medicare and commercial payer audits, ensuring documentation quality and completeness Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, accounting, finance, business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant education and experience At least five years of experience in healthcare compliance, reimbursement audit, or revenue integrity, including direct Medicare DMEPOS experience Practical knowledge of the DME order-to-payment lifecycle, including documentation, authorizations, and patient financial protections Demonstrated ability to design and execute audits, including root-cause analysis and corrective-action validation Strong Excel skills, including data reconciliation and exception analysis, with the ability to produce clear findings reports and presentations
