Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care in a MedSurg Stepdown and Floor unit with a ratio of 1:3 for Stepdown and 1:5-6 for Floor.
• Read and interpret strips on tele monitors and proficiently manage tele equipment and vents.
• Titrate drips as required and ensure compliance with unit protocols.
• Collaborate with charge nurses, transport RNs, and fellow staff to maintain optimal staffing and patient care.
• Adhere to unit dress code in royal blue and float as needed across different patient units.
