Certified Epic Cheers Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and manage Epic Cheers CRM solutions
Configure and optimize Epic Call Hub and Campaigns
Support patient communication workflows and outreach strategies
Collaborate with operational and clinical teams to improve engagement
Provide system support, troubleshooting, and enhancements
Ensure best practices in CRM and patient interaction workflows

Required Qualifications:

Epic Cheers Certification
Epic CRM Certification
Epic Call Hub Certification
Epic Campaigns Certification
Hands-on experience with Call Hub and Campaigns implementation/management
Experience in healthcare environments (patient communication or call centers)

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong understanding of patient engagement strategies
Experience working with large healthcare systems
