Other potential locations include Salt Lake City, UT, Casa Grande, AZ or Decatur, AL. This role offers a hybrid work environment (3 days in the office/2 days at home) plus travel as needed to US Hexcel sites.As a Sr. HRIS Analyst, you will sit at the intersection of people, technology, and business transformation at a global aerospace company. You'll play a pivotal role in delivering a high-impact UKG Time & Attendance implementation, helping create a seamless employee experience while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and operational excellence across our workforce.As a key member of the HRIS Technology Team, you won't just support systems, you'll influence how work gets done. From partnering with HR, Payroll, Legal, and Operations leaders to designing solutions that improve efficiency and employee experience, you'll be a trusted expert driving meaningful change across the organization. Your work will directly impact critical processes such as time tracking, absence management, payroll accuracy, and workforce compliance, creating lasting value for both employees and the business.Summary pay range: $95,170-$163,148 annual salary. What you will do:Partner with an external Project Manager to support the end‑to‑end implementation of UKG Time & Attendance.Act as the primary HRIS subject matter expert for time tracking and absence requirements, translating business needs into system configurationParticipate in requirements gathering, design reviews, testing, data validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT)Support change management activities, including documentation, training materials, and end‑user support readinessServe as the primary system owner for UKG Time & Attendance post go‑live, including configuration, enhancements, and issue resolutionManage ongoing system audits, new feature deployments, testing cycles, and system upgrades to ensure data integrity and system performance is optimumAdminister and maintain U.S. absence and leave plans in Workday, including configuration changes and compliance updatesPartner with HR, Payroll, Legal, and external vendors to ensure alignment with HR policies, collective bargaining agreements, and regulatory requirementsTroubleshoot complex time, absence, and leave issues, providing root‑cause analysis and sustainable solutionsTravel will be up to 25% during the implementation.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.5+ years of HRIS experience with a strong focus on Time & Attendance and/or Absence ManagementHands‑on experience with UKG in a multi-state and union environment for 1,000+ employees is preferredExperience supporting system implementations in a matrixed organizationStrong understanding of timekeeping, absence, and leave compliance (e.g., FMLA, state leave programs)Proven ability to partner effectively with external consultants and internal stakeholdersStrong analytical skills with the ability to build and interpret reports and dashboards using UKG Pro Reporting, Excel, and data visualization tools.Ability to manage competing priorities across project and operational workstreamsExcellent communication skills with both technical and non‑technical audiencesThis position is restricted to U.S. citizens due to U.S. government contract regulations that require the employment of only persons who are U.S. citizens.Hexcel (NYSE: HXL) is a global leader in advanced composites technology, a leading producer of carbon fiber, and the world leader in honeycomb manufacturing for the commercial aerospace industry.At Hexcel, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
