Civil Litigation Attorney

A well-established civil litigation and business/transactional law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney. This is a 100% remote position.
Key Responsibilities- Handle complex civil, construction defect, and business litigation matters.
- Conduct legal research, analysis, and case preparation.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other legal documents.
- Represent clients in litigation proceedings and negotiations.
- Collaborate with attorneys and clients to develop effective litigation strategies.
- Manage cases with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- 5+ years of civil litigation experience.
- Experience in construction defect and/or business litigation preferred.
- Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple matters independently and effectively.
- Active Washington State Bar license in good standing required.
