Location: Mount Laurel, NJ 08054

Schedule: Ongoing Morning Shifts | 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Employment Type: Part-Time (Additional hours may be available)

Pay: $19.00–$22.00 per hour (Based on experience, qualifications, and client assignment

Home To Stay Home Care Solutions is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to provide one-on-one, non-medical care for a client in Mount Laurel, New Jersey .

Position Responsibilities

As a Certified Home Health Aide, you will:

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.

• Provide companionship and emotional support.

• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding when appropriate.

• Perform light housekeeping related to the client's care.

• Assist with ambulation, mobility, and safe transfers.

• Provide medication reminders in accordance with the client's care plan (no medication administration unless permitted by law and company policy).

• Observe and report changes in client condition to the supervising nurse or office staff.

• Complete accurate documentation in accordance with company policies.

Qualifications

Applicants should have:

• Active New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Compassionate and dependable work ethic.

• Reliable transportation to client assignments.

• Ability to safely assist clients with mobility and activities of daily living.

• Previous home care or caregiving experience.

• Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities.

  Required Pre-Employment Documentation

  Before beginning employment, applicants must provide or complete:

  • Active New Jersey CHHA Certification

  • Government-issued photo identification

  • I-9 employment eligibility documentation

  • Current TB screening (completed within company requirements or acceptable alternative documentation)

  • Physical examination meeting company requirements

  • Required immunization documentation (including MMR, if applicable)
