• Salary: $64,000 to $70,000 per year
• Sign-On / Relocation Bonus: $5,000 (paid in first 90 days of employment)

The Role We Are Seeking A Skilled COTA To Join Our Growing Clinic Team. Under The Supervision Of A Registered OT, You Will Provide Essential Therapy Services To A Diverse PopulationFrom Infants To SeniorsWithin Our Clinic Through:

• Implementing individualized treatment plans using evidence-based approaches and therapeutic techniques.
• Providing direct instruction in activities of daily living (ADLs), fine/gross motor skills, and sensory processing.
• Collaborating effectively with speech and physical therapists to ensure holistic patient progress.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring the clinic remains a clean, welcoming space.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy assistant program.
• Certification: Certified by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
• State Licensure: Valid and current license as an occupational therapy assistant.
• Requirements: Must be comfortable treating both adult and pediatric patients.
• Experience: Experience in a clinic setting is preferred; knowledge of developmental milestones and age-related conditions is required.
