The Role As a founding physician, you’ll be central to establishing how care is delivered and experienced in this new practice. What you’ll do Provide comprehensive pediatric care to infants, children, and adolescents Build long-term, trusted relationships with families in the community Help shape clinic workflows, culture, and patient experience Participate in community outreach and local partnerships Collaborate closely with medical and operational leadership as the practice grows This role is ideal for a physician who values autonomy, purpose, and ownership—and wants to be part of something from the beginning.
