Grocery Store Director Wanted for a Culture-Driven, High-Volume Operation
Lead a kitchen and front end that never slows down.
This is a high-volume, full-service grocery concept built on a strong people-first culture. We need a hands-on Director who can run daily operations, develop teams, and keep guests coming back. If you thrive on energy and pace, this role gives you real ownership and a clear path forward.

- Recruit, train, and develop department managers

- Proven experience leading a high-volume food operation
- Strong background in grocery, retail, or restaurant management
- Skilled at coaching and building strong teams
- Comfortable managing budgets, labor, and inventory
- Energetic leader who thrives in a fast-paced setting
