Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional physical therapy services to patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore function and mobility
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care
• Document patient progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and safety strategies

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in New Hampshire (or compact eligibility)
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred
• Excellent communication and patient engagement skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation
• Proficiency in therapeutic exercise and manual therapy techniques
• Ability to use electronic medical records for documentation
• Compassionate approach to patient care
