A leader within the logistics industry is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join their team. This resource will serve as the primary communication point between delivery drivers, customers, and warehouse operations to ensure successful last-mile deliveries. Responsibilities include monitoring delivery routes, supporting driver teams in real time, resolving customer concerns, coordinating delivery updates, and assisting with dispatch operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Required Skills & Experience
• 1+ years of customer service, dispatch, logistics, or field operations experience
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable communicating with drivers, customers, and internal teams
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel)
High school diploma or equivalent


Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Experience in appliance delivery, furniture delivery, or last-mile logistics
• Hands-on background in installation, assembly, trades, or handyman work
• Leadership or dispatch experience
Experience with TMS systems (Descartes, CLX, etc.)
