Business Systems Analyst

Abbott seeks a Business Systems Analyst to support SAP implementations and enhancements in Madison. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders on requirements gathering, system design, testing, and post-implementation support to drive operational improvements.
Responsibilities
- Perform ERP enhancements and new implementations with defined project objectives
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements; translate into system design solutions
- Execute functional testing, coordinate UAT activities, and support go-live deployment
- Troubleshoot production system issues and recommend corrective actions
- Develop training materials and deliver end-user training for system adoption
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field, or associate's degree plus 2 years relevant experience, or high school diploma plus 4 years relevant experience
- 2+ years experience as business analyst supporting SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems
- Background in operations, supply chain, or manufacturing environment
- Experience implementing business processes during mergers and acquisitions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Current work authorization; unable to sponsor employment visas
Compensation: $61,300.00 – $122,700.00 base
