* St. Elizabeth Boardman Hospital: Level III Maternity Service with ~3,400 deliveries annually

* St. Joseph Warren Hospital: Level II Maternity Service with ~1,200 deliveries annually

* 25-bed NICU, on-site Maternal-Fetal Medicine and Women's Center

* Women's Health locations in Boardman, Youngstown and Warren, Ohio

* Rotating call coverage for practice, unassigned, and ED patients
