Responsibilities:

• Interacts with customers in a pleasant and up-beat fashion
• Be punctual, attentive to detail, friendly, willing to learn, reliable and above all - honest
• Maintain a neat and clean appearance
• Follow food safety procedures
• Maintain a safe working condition
• Anticipate and identify problems and initiate appropriate corrective action
• Follow the direction of the shift supervisor and/or Wendy's manager
• Serve great tasting food, have fun, and make someone's day

You must be willing and able to:

• Display a positive attitude, as well as the ability to get along with others.
• Travel to other Wendy's locations (restaurants, area office, etc.) as needed.
• Be willing to talk to customers, smile, and serve great food in a timely manner.
• The ability to accept direction, and be a great listener
• Handle weather-related moments like rain at the drive-thru, taking trash out in the summer, etc.
• Wear a headset, operate other restaurant equipment such as a register or grill, and follow brand standards and guidelines.
• Take pride in your uniform as well as your appearance.
• Be dependable, on a daily basis.
