Key Responsibilities • Perform routine and deep cleaning services in residential homes. • Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize living spaces, kitchens, bathrooms, and bedrooms. • Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces and other designated areas. • Make beds, tidy rooms, and ensure homes are left spotless and organized. • Use cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively. • Follow company cleaning procedures and quality standards. • Communicate professionally with customers, team members, and management in a timely manner. • Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to management promptly. • Arrive on time and maintain a dependable attendance record. • Represent Two Maids Livonia with professionalism and a positive attitude.

Requirements • Must be at least 18 years old. • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation and insurance. • Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, stand for extended periods. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. • Excellent customer service and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy. • Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training is provided. • Authorized to work in the United States.
