Controls Engineer

Overview Contract-to-Hire We are seeking a Controls Engineer to design and support SCADA-based control systems for industrial facilities. This role includes system design from concept through startup and occasional regional travel (up to ~20%, likely less). Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar. 3+ years of experience in instrumentation and controls design. PLC programming experience. Experience with water/wastewater or liquid-processing industries (chemical, food, pharmaceutical, refinery, etc.). Responsibilities Design instrumentation and control systems, including control panels and SCADA. Program and integrate PLC systems (Allen-Bradley, Modicon, GE Fanuc). Develop HMI/SCADA graphics. Design control panels using AutoCAD and prepare submittals. Apply instrumentation for level, flow, analytical, and pressure measurement. Coordinate with consulting engineers and support system startup. #J-18808-Ljbffr Entegee
