Warehouse Worker

1 Resource Group Staffing is currently in search of a reliable and experienced Warehouse Worker to join the warehouse team of a reputable solar distribution company located near Swedesboro, NJ. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team in the renewable energy industry with long-term potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily shipping and receiving tasks, including unloading deliveries and preparing outbound shipments
Operate a forklift safely and efficiently
Accurately document and manage inventory movement
Match incoming materials with packing lists and purchase orders
Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and in compliance with safety standards
Work collaboratively with the warehouse team to meet daily goals

Requirements:

12 years of experience in shipping and receiving
Proven forklift operation experience (certification a plus)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
Familiarity with inventory software (SAP and/or ZOHO experience is a plus, but not required)
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a solid work ethic
