• Customer care specialist will primarily handle customer interactions through phone and emails.
• The position is hybrid, requiring three days in the office and two days remote, with some flexibility based on business needs.
• The training for new hires will occur on-site, with a duration of at least initial two weeks.
• The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, reliability, and a willingness to learn, with a preference for experience in life sciences, military, or defense industries.
• Minimum 1-2 years minimum experience.
• Good in communications and email writing skills.
• The client is open to hiring candidates with no prior experience, as long as they have recently completed high school and possess strong communication skills.
• Shortlisting will start by Wednesday 10/01.

Must have:

• Strong email writing and speaking skills
• High school diploma
• Need to clear glider test- Glider test ID 24123

Interview:

• 1 round interview on teams

Education/Certifications Required/Preferred:

High School Diploma

Background:

• Nuclear background is plus not mandatory
• Biotech pharma will also work
