Job Description:

• Lead the complete development, design, and production of RFP, RFQ, and proposal responses
• Partner with leadership and technical teams to craft persuasive, customized pursuit materials
• Create and maintain standardized marketing collateral, including project sheets, resumes, and brochures
• Design publication-quality layouts utilizing Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat
• Manage rigorous production schedules, deadlines, and content requests to ensure flawless submissions
• Organize and maintain digital asset management systems, project databases, and photography libraries
• Coordinate award submissions, public relations initiatives, and occasional event support
• Assist with website updates, content management, and internal knowledge-sharing platforms
• Ensure all visual and written marketing materials strictly align with brand guidelines
• Collaborate cross-functional across teams to translate technical project details into compelling stories

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Architecture, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign with solid general experience across the Adobe Creative Suite
• Demonstrated history of developing professional proposals, qualification packages, or publications
• Strong graphic design sensibility encompassing layout, typography, and visual storytelling
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with rigorous attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage multiple overlapping deadlines and coordinate inputs from diverse stakeholders
• Prior experience within the architecture, engineering, construction, or professional services industries
• Familiarity with digital asset management systems and website content platforms
