Marketing and Communications Manager

To support a growing digital marketing agency, the full-time Marketing and Communications Manager will develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives, manage email marketing campaigns, and create engaging content while working remotely. Key responsibilities Contribute to the development of annual marketing and communication strategies to achieve lead generation and growth objectives Manage the creation, execution, and reporting of email marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and generate leads Develop and implement the company's organic social media strategy and manage day-to-day engagement across multiple platforms Required qualifications Minimum of 4 years of experience in PR, communications, or digital marketing, preferably in an agency environment Proven experience in developing and executing successful email marketing campaigns Strong writing skills with a focus on storytelling and content creation for various audiences Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects BA degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
