Your Responsibilities

• Lead Full-Cycle Searches from initial discussions to closure.

• Source Candidates Strategically utilizing our proprietary CRM/ATS alongside your extensive network and our exclusive communication tools.
• Utilize Our Platform to efficiently manage candidates, track outreach efforts, automate follow-ups, and keep organized.
• Focus on Permanent Positions that bring lasting value to clients and exceptional commissions for you.
• Engage in Thought Leadership as we bolster both our brand and your own.
