Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Orion Home Health in Englewood, IL. Responsibilities

Provide personalized care and assistance to patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Assist patients with medication management, including administration and documentation
Perform vital signs, weight, and height measurements, and maintain accurate records
Ensure patient safety and well-being by monitoring and reporting changes in condition to the nurse or physician
Maintain a clean and organized living environment, adhering to infection control practices
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless continuity of care
