Senior Federal Proposals Lead

Colorado Psychiatric seeks an experienced Proposal Manager to lead federal, state, and commercial bid responses. You will shape solution frameworks, craft persuasive content from SME interviews, and drive graphics concepts while coordinating cross-functional teams under tight deadlines. This hybrid Denver role requires 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
