Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC)
• Appropriate state licensure to practice in Virginia
• Previous experience in a school setting is highly valued
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language assessments, develop IEPs, and implement individualized therapy for students
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to foster student growth and inclusion
• Maintain accurate documentation and deliver progress reports in accordance with school policies
• Offer guidance and support to the educational team on speech/language concerns
