- Installs and repairs roofs such as tile, slate, shingle, EDPM, modified bitimous or built-up roofs; may remove existing roofing.
- Fabricates, adjust, repairs and install metal heating and ventilating components such as air ducts, ventilator and furnace castings, balancing air handling systems, etc., by laying out work, selecting appropriate gauges of metal, and operating fabrication equipment such as shears, brakes, anvils, and other sheetmetal tools. Fabricated other metal products such as security bars, access ladders, and miscellaneous parts using welding, soldering or cutting equipment.
- Layout, installs, and repairs sheetmetal products such as toilet partitions with accessories, architectural metal products such as gutters, flashing, etc., lockers, metal pan ceilings, fascias, soffits, and canopies.
- May install or repair other equipment such as exhaust fans, dryer vents, hot water flues, dampeners.
- Installs, inspects and repairs gym equipment such as basketball goals and playground equipment.
- Repairs mechanical parts of gymnasium bleachers as well as seating, riser and walk boards.
- Hazardous material response
- Animal control - live and dead
- Installs and repair auditorium seating
- Installs interior and exterior signs
- Inspects and repairs handicap equipment
- Repairs, secures and fabricates enclosure for artwork
- Repairs and reinstalls metal support rings on chimneys
- Installs, repair metal shelving of all types
- 1st response on smoke and fumes in buildings
